WHAT WE'LL COVER

Day 1
Insertion Ritual & Self Connection

Learn how to safely begin, connect with your body, and understand the foundations of pelvic floor training with a kegel device. Practice a gentle 10 minute yoni egg practice perfect for beginners  

Day 2
Strength & Awareness Practice
A guided slightly stronger 15-minute practice with cues on when to engage, tone, breathe and release.

Day 3
Integration & Embodiment

Deepen your connection with your pelvic floor through a final guided 15 minute practice that combines strength, awareness, and relaxation

Over the 3 days you'll receive approximately 10 audios including guided meditations, healings, story-telling and much more.

Your teacher is Rosie Rees, an embodiment teacher, sexuality educator, and founder of Yoni Pleasure Palace.

For over a decade, Rosie has guided thousands of women through practices that support pelvic floor health, body confidence, self-pleasure, and deeper connection to themselves.

Having taught yoni egg practices since 2013, she is passionate about helping women build strength, awareness, and trust in their bodies through simple, empowering, and shame-free practices.
