1. Welcome

By purchasing a session, program, or digital product with Rosie Rees PTY LTD, you are entering into an agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Everything offered is designed to support you — with intention, clarity, and care — and these guidelines simply ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both of us.

2. What We Offer

Rosie Rees PTY LTD provides:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Mentorship programs
  • Online courses and digital products

All services are delivered online unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
  • All prices are listed in AUD and may be updated at any time.

4. Using Your Sessions

This section outlines how your sessions, programs, and digital products work — including how long you have access and any time limits that apply to booking or completing calls.

1:1 Sessions

Program access (recordings, resources, and materials)

  • You have 365 days from the date of purchase to access all program materials, including call recordings and shared resources.

Call scheduling & completion

  • All 1:1 calls must be booked and fully completed within 90 days of your purchase date.
  • Any sessions not booked and completed within this 90-day window will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Mentorship Programs

Program access (recordings, resources, and materials)

  • You have 365 days from the date of purchase to access all program materials, including call recordings and shared resources.

Call scheduling & completion

  • As the mentorship is a 6-month container, all calls must be booked and fully completed within 6 months of your purchase date.
  • It is suggested to book 1 call per month. Rosie's calendar booked quickly, so it is suggested to all clients that upon sign up, they log in and pre-book all of their 6 calls in advance.
  • Any sessions not booked and completed within this timeframe will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

Courses & Digital Products

Access

  • Courses and digital products come with lifetime access — meaning for as long as the business is operating. In the event the business ceases to operate, access will also cease, and no refunds will be issued in this circumstance.

Personal use only

  • All courses and digital products are for your personal use only.
  • You may not share, distribute, resell, gift, or otherwise provide access to any content or digital product to any third party — whether for free or for payment.
  • Sharing login credentials or content with others is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate cancellation of your access without refund.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We honour your time, and we ask the same in return.

  • Please provide 24–48 hours' notice to reschedule your session
  • Late cancellations (within this window) may result in the session being forfeited
  • Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered completed and cannot be rescheduled

We understand that life can be unpredictable — exceptions may be made at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of these offerings:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds are provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Unused sessions
    • Missed appointments

If you are on a payment plan, all payments must still be completed.

7. Your Responsibility

This work is powerful — and it's also personal.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
  • Your outcomes are shaped by your level of commitment and engagement

8. No Guarantees

While the intention is always to support meaningful transformation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes — including business, financial, or personal results.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared with you are created with care and intention.

They are:

  • Owned by Rosie Rees PTY LTD
  • For your personal use only

They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply respected.

  • Personal information will remain confidential
  • In group settings, we ask all participants to honour each other's privacy and shared experiences

11. Technology & Access

All sessions and programs are delivered online (e.g. Kajabi, Zoom, email).

We are not responsible for:

  • Internet disruptions
  • Platform outages
  • Individual technical issues

12. Session Boundaries

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time
  • If you arrive late, the session will still finish as planned
  • Support is limited to scheduled sessions unless otherwise agreed

13. Recording

Sessions may be recorded for personal review or internal purposes unless otherwise requested.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rosie Rees PTY LTD is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.

15. Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
